Light Anchor is building the AI-native P&G. Not one consumer brand, a portfolio of brands that live or die on distribution.
Growth here is not one channel. Every brand needs paid social that converts, creators and affiliates who actually sell, search that captures demand, and lifecycle that turns first orders into subscribers. Every hook, audience, and channel one brand discovers becomes ammunition for the rest of the portfolio.
We need a marketer who has grown a consumer brand end to end and wants to do it across a portfolio. You will own go-to-market for every launch, run the channels yourself, and build the agent-driven growth engine that lets a tiny team run more campaigns, tests, and creators than any human org could.
Every role here follows one rule: we scale with AI, not headcount. Manual operations belong to agents. People supply what agents cannot: strategy, taste, novelty, and the creative hacks that make one person operate like a department.
What you will own
- Go-to-market for every brand launch: turning positioning into channel strategy, budgets, targets, and the first dollars of spend.
- Performance marketing across Meta, TikTok, Google, and wherever attention moves next, from first test to scaled spend.
- Creator, influencer, and affiliate programs: sourcing, deals, briefs, and pipelines that produce volume without a big team.
- Lifecycle and retention: email, SMS, subscriptions, and winbacks that turn first orders into durable revenue.
- The measurement layer: attribution, experiments, and the numbers that decide what scales and what dies.
- Agent workflows that multiply research, campaign builds, creator outreach, and reporting across every brand at once.
What we are looking for
- You have grown a consumer brand with your own hands, from first customers to real revenue.
- You are a full-stack marketer, not a channel specialist. You can run paid, creators, lifecycle, and analytics yourself, then decide which deserves the next dollar.
- You think in CAC, payback, contribution margin, and LTV, and you kill losing spend without sentiment.
- You use agents to run more channels, tests, and creator relationships than any human team, while keeping judgment on what deserves scale.
- You would rather invent a channel than staff one. When the playbook says add headcount, you find the hack that scales without it.
- You move at the speed of the market. A winning hook scales the same day. A dead one dies faster.
- You want to work close to founders, products, customers, and revenue across multiple brands.

We optimize for the right combination of salary, ownership, and upside. Inspired by Shopify’s Flex Comp, the ratio is not fixed by us. You decide the salary, equity, and sales-tied bonus mix during negotiation.
