Light Anchor is building the AI-native P&G. Not a SaaS layer that advises brand operators, a company where the operating system and the brands are born together.

Each brand is a product, a data source, and a training ground. Every ad, supplier email, support ticket, inventory decision, landing page, and customer response becomes part of a shared execution layer that makes the next brand faster to launch and sharper to operate.

We need an engineer who can turn that ambition into shipped systems. The work spans product, infrastructure, data, applied AI, and the internal tools that let a tiny team compound a portfolio of brands.

What you will build

  • The brand operating system for launching and scaling consumer products with a tiny team.
  • Agent workflows that execute marketing, sourcing, inventory, operations, and support tasks.
  • Internal tools that let founders inspect, correct, and scale the portfolio without adding headcount.
  • Data pipelines, evaluations, and memory layers that make each brand compound into the next.
  • Creative, pricing, merchandising, and customer loops that learn from live market response.
  • Storefront, marketplace, logistics, and vendor integrations that survive real operational mess.

What we are looking for

  • You ship complete systems, not demos.
  • You can reason from business operations into technical architecture.
  • You are comfortable moving between TypeScript, Python, LLM APIs, data models, and production debugging.
  • You care about taste, reliability, speed, and leverage.
  • You want to work close to founders, brands, customers, and revenue.
  • Preferred: experience building physical businesses, consumer brands, commerce, fulfillment, or operations.

We optimize for the right combination of salary, ownership, and upside. Inspired by Shopify’s Flex Comp, the ratio is not fixed by us. You decide the salary, equity, and sales-tied bonus mix during negotiation.
